Ticketmaster.ie seem to be confused over whether Jay-Z is playing the Point in September. 😕 Come to think of it, the Ticketmaster site is quite bad on usability. Take for example, Oxegen which is on 7th-9th July. If you do a search for tickets it says the weekend camping tickets are “currently not on sale”. Don’t they mean sold out? That’s particularly confusing because they use that same message before tickets go on sale. You’d think that a major site such as this would have usability as one of their core objectives. With the amount of money they make out of each sale, it makes sense to have a website which is easy to use and navigate.
