This is Fichey.com It allows you to visually browse popular stories and bookmarks from sites like del.icio.us, digg, downfly, reddit, and stumbleupon. It shows you a screen capture of the page and you can scroll as you normally do and click on to the real site if you want. I found it yesterday and have come across some nice sites as a result. Recommended.
