Went along last night to the Comedy Cellar in the International Bar. Haven’t been in a couple of months so was looking forward to a great lineup including Colum McDonnell, Bernard O’Shea and David O’Doherty. The guys were genuinely hilarious and the title of the post is provided by the line of the night as DOD pondered if goths only use frowns in their text messages: “Had a great day today :(” 
The Cat Laughs Festival is on this weekend in Kilkenny but aside from planning something last minute I’ll probably miss it this year. Hoping to go to the Edinburgh Festival though.
