Room

There are certain films that leave you mulling for days and I’ve got a strong feeling that Room will be one of those. Directed by Lenny Abrahamson and adapted from Emma Donoghue’s 2010 novel of the same name it stars Brie Larson and Jacob Tremblay. That’s all I want to tell you apart from encouraging you to seek it out. It’s an affecting film, a masterclass in direction and writing and superbly acted by both leads.
